The large, comfortable rooms were a huge plus, especially with the big beds that made coming back after long meetings feel like a treat. I also appreciated the vibrant café where I enjoyed a hearty breakfast each morning—definitely a thoughtful way to start the day! The hotel's location earned extra points; it was just a short walk to the nearby SM Mall, making errands quite convenient. To top it all off, the refreshing swimming pool was a favorite spot for relaxation after my busy schedule. I also encountered some dedicated staff members who were welcoming and eager to help, adding a personal touch to the stay.
Pricing discrepancy at check-in.

The breakfast was savoury and astonishing with fruits and matching dessert, so much to pick from. The beds were big, I slept well.
Some people working there were quite busy.

The hallway was constantly blocked by wedding decorations and guests taking pictures, making it a challenge for my pregnant wife to navigate. It felt like they owned the space, completely ignoring other guests. Super frustrating!

We ate at an excellent restaurant for buffet breakfast. There was lovely bed, a safe box, cable channels, coffee and tea making equipment.

The spacious and comfortable room allowed us to unwind. The location is fantastic, just a minute's walk to Robinsons mall and various restaurants. The staff were mostly friendly, with Mark at the front desk going above and beyond. The indoor and outdoor pools provided great relaxation after exploring nearby landmarks like Rizal Park and MacArthur Landing. While breakfast wasn't included and the bathroom was small, we appreciated the excellent service and convenient parking.

The breakfast lacked variety, but the location next to Robinsons was perfect.

Wow, where do I start? I was expecting a royal treatment but instead got no towels and lukewarm showers! How do you justify that when I paid for a beautiful king room? And after my dissatisfaction, a complimentary gesture woudl ve been nice, but I was just overlooked. Absolutely disgraceful service.

I noticed the check-in process was tedious and slow, leading to frustration after a long journey. I found the breakfast selection limited. For the price paid, I expected more variety. To top it off, the noise from the nearby pool area made it difficult to enjoy a peaceful evening in my room.

The pan roasted beef tenderloin was to die for, perfectly cooked with a rich flavor that lingers. The room was comfy and spacious, a real oasis amidst the hustle and bustle. Plus, being next to Robinson Mall meant quick bites were just a hop away.
I kind of wish there were more breakfast options, though everything else still shined. It would be nice to have a bigger selection to kick-start the day.
